Appointment Specialist

Full-Time | Remote | Independent Contractor | Base Salary Included

As an Appointment Specialist, you will be assigned to handle all new lead inquiries on behalf of our clients. You will respond to all new lead inquiries via SMS, Phone Calls & Email using our own software platform. You role is to qualify those leads to ensure they meet our standards, answer any general questions they may have, and schedule them for appointments with our clients.

While appointment specialists are employees of CaseFuel, they are also representatives of the clients they are calling on behalf of. Since all of our clients are lawyers, and you are the first person a lead speaks to that represents that law office, being able to maintain a professional tone is important!

We are looking for people who like being on the phone & talking to new people every day! You are organized and understand the importance of acting quickly when responding to your lead inquiries. You know how to connect with people, listen to and resolve their questions or concerns.

Client Success Manager

Client Success Managers are the liaisons between Casefuel and its clients. They are the primary point of contact— handling all day-to-day client interactions, as well as managing the projects and correcting issues as needed to ensure client success. They are committed to providing top-quality service and exceptional results above all else.

A Client Success Manager is simultaneously an agency representative, project manager, and most importantly, a coach. We are NOT looking for “yes-people”, who do anything the client asks without critically examining whether it’s actually in their best interest.

We are looking for coaches— marketing personal trainers. We need people who feel comfortable saying, “no we won’t do that, and here’s why…” to a misguided client request, and then coaching them towards the best course of action. Our Client Success Managers are able to call clients out when they fail to meet expectations or behave against their own self-interest, all while maintaining a positive relationship based on mutual respect and a shared goal of client success above all else. To the clients you work with - you become the FACE of CaseFuel! You are the "marketing personal trainer" the client checks in with through video conferencing every week!

CSM Director

Full-Time | Remote | Independent Contractor | Base Salary Included

We’re hiring a Director of Client Success Team Operations to lead the execution, performance, and daily rhythm of our Customer Success Department.

This is not a "manage-from-the-sidelines" role. You’ll be hands-on, in the trenches, reviewing calls, coaching the team, solving client issues, maintaining process excellence, and developing the people and systems that fuel our growth.

We need someone who’s equally comfortable reviewing calls, handling escalations, leading team training, updating internal systems, and saying “this isn’t working—here’s how we fix it.”

You’ll manage the performance and processes of our Appointment Specialists and CSMs—aka the people who run the daily machine that gets our clients results.

Yes, it’s a big role. No, we don’t micromanage.

You’ll have full ownership of quality, systems, team development, and client-side operations.

If something breaks, you fix it. If something works, you scale it.

You need to be organized, direct, coaching-minded, and allergic to “that’s not my job” energy.

You should be able to lead Friday coaching calls, solve client problems on the fly, handle payroll and hiring, and build better systems than the ones you walked into. Sound like a lot? It is. We don’t do small roles here.
