Respond to new lead inquiries via phone and text
Qualify leads via phone and text based on our standards
Answer any questions and resolve any concerns that leads have
Schedule leads in for an appointment time with our medical clients
Follow up and nurture leads until they are ready to schedule an appointment
Complete ongoing daily and weekly training with our Executive Team
Compensation is $800 - $1000 USD/month.
Most important is a positive attitude
English skills; spoken, written, and reading
Self-motivated and able to work from home without being distracted
Strong internet connection & have your own fast computer
Love to build relationships and help customers
Can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics.
Excited to build a long-term customer service career in our company
Ability to follow instructions and take coaching
Work both independently and as part of a team
Have experience in phone-based customer service or sales
Familiar with using technology
Call Center Experience Preferred
Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including Slack and Zoom.
